We are thrilled to share the submission of a full planning application for a new residential development in Greystoke, near Penrith.
The proposal includes 43 new homes, 12 of which are affordable, set within a site of approximately 4 hectares, with just 2 hectares proposed for housing. Landscaping is central to the design with generous green space and a 550m riverside walking route forming a calm, natural environment.
This thoughtfully considered scheme aims to provide a range of housing opportunities for the local community, while also helping to support Greystoke’s valued local amenities — including the school, swimming pool, shop, pub, village hall and church.
