We are very happy with our new home! We reserved our Atkinson home early in its build and found the sales team very helpful and supportive throughout every stage of the process. The whole team, including the Site Manager, the builders, and all the tradespeople, were always friendly and supportive during our site visits, and quick to help with any snags after completion—though there have been very few!
We are really pleased with the standard of finish and the quality of the fittings, which made moving in very straightforward. We are confident that we’ve bought a modern, well-insulated, and economical home for the future—right in the heart of a place we love: the Lakes.
We have been pleased with the process when buying our house with Atkinson Homes, and because we decided to buy the property at an early stage of its construction, we were able to request alterations and variations to the original specification. I have found your site staff, from site manager to labourer, to be friendly and knowledgeable and happy to assist me in any way they can. I appreciate that I'm on a live site but must applaud your staff about how tidy the site has been and now that the roads are in, how good the development, one week away from completion,looks.
